Sweet, Creamy, Always Delicious

Affectionately known as NOLA, our original New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee is a bold blend of specialty coffee slowly cold-brewed with roasted chicory and cut with just the right touch of sugar and your choice of milk.

To make a NOLA-inspired iced coffee at home, we provide our whole bean coffee, a bottle of Vanilla Chicory Syrup, and a recipe to get you started. You add your milk of choice, ice, and a little bit of time.

New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee Brew Guide

  1. Grind the coffee
Grind the coffee on a coarse setting.

  2. Set up the Toddy Brew System
If using a Toddy: Insert the stopper into the Toddy brewing container. Dampen the reusable felt filter and place it at the bottom of the container. Place the Toddy paper filter bag in the container, then pour in the ground coffee and water. Stir until the grounds are fully saturated. Twist the top of the bag until it’s closed.

  3. Start brewing
Let steep at room temperature for 12 hours.

  4. After 12 hours
Remove the stopper so the cold brew can be strained into a glass pitcher. Discard the paper filter and coffee grounds.

  5. Serve and enjoy
To make your NOLA, pour 100 g of the cold-brew coffee over ice. Add 10 g Vanilla Chicory Syrup and 110 g milk. Stir and enjoy.

Cover and refrigerate any remaining cold brew for up to 1 week.
