HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Pick the cafe you’d like to order from by tapping the arrow next to “Cafe Location” at the bottom of the home screen.

Once you’ve picked a cafe, click the “Order” button in the bottom-right corner of the home screen. Select your items from the menu. Select “Customize” to modify your drink, then add to bag.

The program will continue to evolve to ensure our guests can have meaningfully rewarding Blue Bottle experiences. We believe that wholehearted hospitality is defined by generosity. There is much joy to be had in the act of giving.

For every dollar that you spend on all items in a cafe except merchandise, you will earn one loyalty point. (Tax and tip are excluded.)

Points can be redeemed for beverages with a value up to $8.75. You can gift a drink to a friend for 75 points or treat yourself for 150 points.

Points are not accrued on purchases made with gift cards.

Expressing our gratitude to you doesn’t require a special occasion. While you take care of others, we take care of you. Enjoy just-for-you gifts and offers throughout the year, just because. Our app is the best place to stay tuned for any future updates.

You’ll be notified of promotions through app notifications, email, and other channels. Most promotional details will be in the Membership tab and accessible when placing your order. Others will be applied at checkout for you.
