### What You'll Need

Craft Matcha 3 g

Water 1 oz

Ice cream 1-2 scoops

Whisk Bamboo

1. Mix 1 oz water (170°F) with 1 ½ teaspoon (3 g) Craft Matcha using a whisk or NanoFoamer (without the screen).
   
2. Pour your Craft Matcha over a scoop (or two) of vanilla bean ice cream.
   
3. Garnish with a sprinkle of Craft Matcha powder and enjoy.
   
4. Pro Tip: For a smoother texture, sift your Craft Matcha through a fine sieve before adding water. You can use the back of a spoon to move the powder through the sieve.
